This workshop will help you to focus on how to negotiate constructively, listen to your clients and reduce the stress with colleagues.

  • engage clients in a dialogue which gives them a voice, using language and words positively
  • manage meetings with clients modelling constructive communication
  • focus on the modes of communication, the impact of correspondence and phone calls
  • build your confidence to engage constructively with your colleagues from the outset
  • avoid focusing too much on positions, and more on what really matters to clients
Format of the day:
  • The day will be made up of presentations and interactive exercises in small groups.
  • The training is especially designed to help you in face-to-face working, plan your negotiation approach and improve your interpersonal skills.
