20 May 2016

Two Resolution members have been shortlisted for the Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year Awards 2016.

Tracy Winstanley is shortlisted in the Family Mediation category and Naomi Smith is shortlisted in the Family Legal Aid category. Long standing member Alan Larkin has developed an online system, Siaro, which has been shortlisted in the Access to Justice through IT category.

Winners will be announced by Baroness Doreen Lawrence at a ceremony taking place on 7 July and we wish all the finalists the best of luck and congratulate them for making the shortlist.

Resolution are proud once again to sponsor both the Family Legal Aid and Family Mediation awards. The Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year awards are organised on a not-for-profit basis by the Legal Aid Practitioners Group to celebrate the work of lawyers and advisers in this increasingly challenging field, and are now in their 14th year. LAPG is the leading membership organisation for practitioners in the publicly-funded sector, and provides a wide range of services and support.
