The Globalisation of Family Law: Sharing International Experience (1-3 July 2009)
Knowledge of international law is now essential for family lawyers everywhere - in large and small firms, acting for rich or poor clients. There will be sessions on:

- Financial disclosure – different approaches in different jurisdictions: Mrs Justice King (England and Wales), Chair, Tim Amos QC (England and Wales), Alexandre Boiche (France), Emanuele Rimini (Italy), John Teitler (US).
- How to build best practice in family law – spreading the message of good practice: Richard Sax (England and Wales), John Cornwell (England and Wales), Charlotte Butreille Cardew (France), Mia Reich-Sjorgen (Sweden).
- Accrediting family lawyers – sharing experience for the development of accreditation worldwide: Kristina Grafan Pilate (Germany), Peter Jones (UK).
