Claire Webb 
Claire Webb is the Head of the Family Department at Verisona Solicitors.
She has worked in Family law since 1990 and is a specialist in the area of Family Law.
She is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and also a specialist Family Lawyer with particular specialism in Child Law and Co-Habitation with Resolution.
Claire is an accredited Family Mediator and a Collaborative Lawyer with Resolution and is a qualified civil Mediator. Claire is also a Director of Mediation Now, along with Rebecca and Michael.
Jane Longworth
Jane Longworth is a Senior Solicitor at Blake Lapthorn based in their Portsmouth office.
Jane practices exclusively in family law, specialising in resolving financial issues on divorce and relationship breakdown and children issues.
Jane is collaboratively trained and is a Resolution Accredited Specialist.
Rebecca Todd
Rebecca has been practising as a family lawyer since 1997. She is the Managing Partner in the firm of Daltons, based in Petersfield, having joined Daltons from Law School. Rebecca heads the family department and is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel as well as Resolution.
Rebecca is a qualified family mediator and Child Consultant, and is a Director of Mediation Now, an exclusive mediation only firm. She is also a trained Collaborative lawyer and is committed to adopting a non-confrontational approach to family law cases.
She has a caseload of divorce, children and financial settlement matters, as well as a growing caseload of mediation and collaborative clients.
Michael McCredie
Michael is a Resolution trained family mediator (being a Director of Mediation Now) of and head of the family department of Biscoes solicitors, of which he is also a Partner. He has practiced law since 1986 and is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel, the Law Society’s Children Panel and a Resolution Accredited Specialist for Ancillary Relief and Children Law.
Michael deals with all aspects of family law including issues relating to finances, children and property and is committed to the principles of Resolution in resolving disputes between separating couples in a constructive and positive approach.
Joanne Houston 
Joanne has been a specialist family lawyer in the area since 1992. She is based in the Portsmouth office of Blake Lapthorn.
Joanne is an accredited Resolution specialist in advanced ancillary relief and European and International Family Law .
She has dealt with a variety of collaborative cases.
Alison Chapman
Alison is a Senior Solicitor specialising exclusively in Family Law with Glanvilles Solicitors in Fareham. She qualified in 1986 and has over 20 years experience in the field of matrimonial work.
She specialises in cases involving resolution of financial matters ancillary to marriage breakdown. Alison is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel and a member of Resolution.
Anna-Jane Spirit 
Anna-Jane is the Head of the Family Department and a Partner of Burley and Geach Solicitors, who have offices in Hampshire and Surrey.
She has worked in Family Law since 1985 particularly specialising in Financial and Children issues and has been a trained Mediator since 1999. She is a member of both the Law Society's Family Law and Family Mediation Panels.
Anna-Jane has more recently trained as a Collaborative lawyer and practises from the Petersfield office in Hampshire.
She is committed to helping couples who are separating/divorcing to resolve their issues in a contructive and non-adversarial manner.
