Melanie became a partner in 1986. For more than 25 years she has specialised in family law and estimates that she has probably dealt with something in the region of 2,000 relationship breakdowns. She is also a trained collaborative family lawyer and member of Resolution.

Kathryn Hicklin is a Senior Solicitor at Mander Cruickshank Solicitors LLP with offices in Coalville and Hinckley in Leicestershire.
