A client focused process
As Collaborative Lawyers we focus on you and your family, we understand that there is more to separation and divorce than just the legal aspect and we will assist you through the maze of emotions and legalities to achieve a fair resolution to your issues to enable you to proceed with the next stage of your life.
As Collaborative Lawyers we are aware that you may be afraid of the impact of separation and divorce on the children. The financial cost of separation and divorce. The giving up the control of your decisions to a court. Afraid how the process will impact not only on you but also your extended family, and afraid how you and your partner or spouse will react and behave during this most stressfull time.
As we are aware of these issues we can help you to deal with them and make the process less painful and more acceptable and make the decisions from a position of knowledge and unclouded by the inevitable emotion that can be attached to separation and divorce.
To help clients in this proces the Gloucestershire POD was formed in April 2008 and although young, has a wealth of experience within its members.
We meet on a regular basis at the offices of Rickerbys in Cheltenham on the first Tuesday of each month.
Our individual profiles can be seen in the CONTACT section.
We are happy to be asked to attend societies or groups to present and explain the process. If this is of interest to you please contact John Sherahilo our POD Liaison Officer on jis@tandblawt.co.uk or by telephone on 01 684 299 633 or indeed any of our members in the CONTACT section who will be happy to talk to you.
We all offer a voucher scheme to clients to tell them more about the process.
The Gloucestershire Collaborative Family Solicitors all participate in a free half hour consultative interview to explain the procedure and differences between the Collaborative and conventional approach to family problem solving. Any of them would be delighted to explain the process to you. Please tell them that you have been to this web site and wish to take up the half hour free consultative interview.
